I'm a certified Inspector with over 28yrs in the business. My number one goal is to proptect the consumer in their home purchase. Many agents are just wanting to make a sale during these hard times. As an Inspector I want to protect the consumer always. The real estate agent need to make sells to provided for their family. Some time at no standards of protecting their customer. We need to educate the buing public to assure they are getting want they want without having to spend more money to feel wonderful in their homes.
